By fixing a usability flaw, and adding an important step in the flow, I took successful sign ups rate from 30 in every 10,000 visitors, to 50 in every 2,000 visitors.

Over the past 4 years I've worked across ed-tech, startups, and non-profits with a focus on Visual Design, Information Architecture, and
